Antonina Shchenko is an Kyrgyzstani Muay Thy fighter. She is currently a fighter with the UFC Flyweight division. She is the younger sister of the former UFC Flyweight champion as well as fellow UFC athlete Valentina. Antonina Shevchenko began her fight sports journey with a Muay Thai kickboxer. She made her debut at the IFMA World Championship Tournament 2003 Shevchenko took the title and beat Suzane Miller in the finals via unanimity. Antonina then won the Silver Medal in 2007, a Bronze Medal in 2008, a gold medal in the year 2011, and as the IFMA 2016 Amateure Muay Tha World Champion. Antonia started her professional journey back in 2003. She has won several titles including the World WKC K-1 Light Welterweight Champion, Lion Fight Lightweight Championships, and WMC and Phoenix FC World Championships. Antonina's last fight was against Isa Tidblad Keskikangas at Phoenix Fighting Championship. She won the fight via an unanimous decision. Antonina shevchenko won her debut professional MMA fight in 2002 with Anara bayanova at the KFK Cup of Kyrgystan. She took the fight by TKO in round 2 and the subsequent 2 matches were held at the WXF X-Impact World Championships. Shevchenko took a hiatus to concentrate on kickboxing. Shevchenko returned against Anissahaddaoui at Phoenix FC 3. Shevchenko defeated Anissa by a unanimous vote before prevailing over Valerie Domergue at Phoenix FC 4. She quit the promotion and began Dana White's Contender Series 2018. Shevchenko was matched against Jaimelene Nievera in Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11, Antonina utilized her striking skills and striking skills to TKO Nievera in the clinch via knees to the body.
